Marden Russets Hockey Club Hosted the inaugural 'Marden Russets Ladies Preseason Tournament'. Teams from the local area took part in the afternoons fixtures. 

Pool A - Gillingham Anchorians 1, Marden Russets 1, Sevenoaks 5
Pool B - Gore Court 1, Holcombe 2 [3], Maidstone 2

Russets 1 - 0 Sevenoaks
Gillingham 0 - 1 Russets

Russets took on Holcombe in the final. Holcombe looked the better of the two early on. Their break aways kept Lizzie on her toes during the first half. Russests found some structure and work rate and played with control and offerd some more attacking options.

0-0 Fulltime and it was straight to Penality Strokes. Russets won 2-1 to win the Final.
